We are thrilled to announce that HP Network officially launched on Saturday, June 28th, 2025, and the event was a resounding success!

Hosted at our service location in Manchester, NH, the event welcomed community members, partners, supporters, and friends who came together to celebrate the beginning of our journey as a provider of high-quality, person-centered home and community-based services.

Attendees had the opportunity to meet our leadership team, learn more about our services, and hear firsthand about our mission to bring accessible, compassionate care to individuals and families across New Hampshire. The energy in the room was inspiring, and we are deeply grateful for everyone who took the time to be part of this important milestone.
